As a part of the Perth Ultimate Wedding Giveaway (PUWG) 2018, on the 4th September we participated in a photo shoot at The Left Bank, a function venue located on the banks of the Swan River in East Fremantle. For this photo shoot, we decided on a cerise and gold theme with an upscale rustic vibe.
For our ceremony set-up in the Mezzanine, we wanted to challenge ourselves and do something a little different. So, we decided to create a hexagon arch! This incredible arch is one-of-a-kind in Perth and is a real statement piece. We were paired with the lovely Nicky from Sweet Floral as our florist, who new exactly which flowers and which arrangements were needed to take this ceremony set up to a whole other level.
Our rustic signing table and bentwood chairs were paired with our hexagon arch, in addition to white Americana chairs and a classic cream aisle runner. Lala Designs did a fantastic job making our cerise and gold colour theme POP, having created gorgeous 'Reserved' signs to hang from the aisle chairs.
For the first time ever, we decided to join the Perth Ultimate Wedding Giveaway (PUWG) 2018, where three lucky couples will win $10k, $5k and $2.5k towards their wedding! Formal entries for this amazing competition open on September 1st, so mark it in your calendar. You can head over to the PUWG website here and check out all the amazing suppliers you can choose from.
We are in the 'Stylist' category and if you win, you can select us to help style your wedding day. As we also have a wide range of hire equipment, we are your one-stop-shop for ceremony and reception decor. Plus, we can highly recommend who to use for your flowers, invitations, cake and more!
On Tuesday 7th Aug, we were given the opportunity to showcase our styling skills at Millbrook Winery. We were going for a 'vintage-luxe' look and we simply could not contain our excitement when we saw our first 'sneak-peak' of the incredible photos taken by Kristen from Compose Photography. We were paired with Melissa from Just Brides as our florist, who went above and beyond with her stunning floral arrangements.
In this photoshoot, we showed off some of our new hire items - our white acrylic front bridal table (available up to 8m in length), our matching white acrylic cake table, white metal frames (available in 1.2m and 1.8m heights), our gold cutlery sets, and our range of gold candle holders.
We also teamed up with Rume from Iselecreative, who created a beautiful stationary set to compliment the decor, including invitations, menus, place cards and table numbers.
Janelle from This Dark Cherry crafted a stunning three-tier buttercream wedding cake with gold accents and fresh flowers.
Shae from Blue Cherry Bridal provided the oh-so-perfect wedding gown, worn by Santieka Robinson. Santieka looked absolutely #flawless with her makeup and hair by Kim Aurelie. Standing next to this beauty was her suave beau - model James Ryan Bond, dressed head-to-toe by Britton's Formal Wear. Their "marriage" was officiated by marriage celebrant, Robert Crossman.

We will also be participating in the Millbrook Twilight Expo on Sept 14th from 6pm. Come say hello and let's talk about your special day!
Aimeelee & ronald'S WEDDING
When Aimeelee first contacted us, she had a vision of a classically styled wedding with white, silver and blush pink theme. Her exact words were 'simple and elegant' - just our thing! After a few emails back in forth sharing our ideas, we both knew we were a great fit.
Aimeelee and Ronald's wedding ceremony was held at Heathcoat Reserve. This beautiful, secluded location is tucked behind Blue Water Grill and has amazing views of the Swan River. Their set-up included our elegant two-poster arch with white drapery and crystal-edged beading, a cream aisle carpet, Americana chairs, our stunning signing table and sweetheart chairs, as well as some blush pink posies in hanging jars down the aisle. We also created a custom chalkboard to welcome guests to the ceremony.
Their reception was held at the fully DIY wedding venue Swan River Rowing Club. From the moment we walked in the room, we knew that we could transform it to match Aimeelee's vision. We shaped the space using round banquet tables and bar tables with white linen, as well as our LED love letters. We added class to the room by using vases filled with fresh white roses and greenery, surrounded by tea lights to add ambiance. Our one-of-a-kind flower table featured as a statement piece, perfectly matched with their cake.
"Wow! What an amazing set-up Exclusive Occasions did for our wedding ceremony and reception. I was blown away with how beautiful everything looked. Every little detail was so perfect. It was what I had imagined and more. I will definitely be recommending them in the future. Thank you so much! We were beyond happy with everything. Amazing Job!"
